Located within the hotel next to the “Al Fresco” courtyard, it opened its doors on June 1, 2007.
The manager’s passion for hospitality has led us to specialise in the area’s most representative culinary features, such as salads, rice dishes, fish and desserts.
La Huerta welcomes guests to an authentic venue with a completely different concept. In this restaurant, our Chef invites guests on a culinary journey through time, offering renowned dishes with touches of our ancestors’ cuisine, served in an elegant and refined setting.
Our restaurant specialises in preparing Valencian rice dishes. From a creamy black rice with squab to a foie gras marble. Our fish and seafood are delivered daily, ensuring the freshness of our products. All pastries are made in our kitchen, from caramelised Tarte Tatin to Calatrava flan, as well as homemade compotes.

In the lounge you will feel as if you were in the last century, as most of the furniture has been recovered from antique dealers and restored. Centuries-old bargueños, Isabeline lamps, antique umbrella stands, and pieces as classic as “el canterer”.
COFFEE AND TEA LOUNGE IN VILLALONGA
The Lounge is our coffee and tea lounge, which will be a place to relax during your stay. Our Lounge manager will welcome our guests before check-in. Here you will have the opportunity to taste one of the world’s finest teas, as well as some sweets, accompanied by very pleasant music.
And if you are not a coffee or tea lover, we offer a cocktail list or wine by the glass. You will also find a flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial television, free daily newspapers and magazines.
