Our restaurant specializes in the preparation of Valencian rice. From a creamy black rice with pigeon to a foie marble. Our fish and seafood are distributed daily ensuring the freshness of our products. The pastries are made entirely in our kitchen, from caramelized tarte Tatin to Flan de Calatrava as well as homemade compotes.
