According to our booking and cancellation policy, if users/guests cancel their reservation more than 5 days prior to their arrival, CASA BABEL will not charge any amount, except for the following dates which have a different cancellation policy: On national and local holidays and long weekends, the free cancellation period will be 15 days before the check-in date. During high season (July and August), the free cancellation period will be 15 days before the check-in date. For New Year’s Eve, the free cancellation period will be 30 days before the check-in date.
If the cancellation occurs within a shorter period than indicated, CASA BABEL will charge 50% of the reservation amount.
In case of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
If your bank card is invalid and you do not have another payment method, Casa Babel will automatically cancel the reservation.
Casa Babel reserves the right to charge 50% of the reservation in advance 5 days before the arrival date.
If a reservation has been made using an experience voucher from an external company, or the hotel’s own vouchers, the cancellation period throughout the year will be 15 days before check-in. If the cancellation occurs within a shorter period than indicated, the full voucher will be forfeited.
The use of the online booking system, reservations made by email, through the forms on this website, or by phone will imply the necessary and unequivocal acceptance of these conditions.
Vouchers are valid for 1 year; once this time has passed from the registered payment date, the voucher will no longer be valid, and no refund will be issued, nor will it be compensated with another voucher.
