4. BOOKING, CANCELLATION, AND PENALTY POLICY

According to our Booking and Cancellation Policy, if Users/Clients cancel their reservation more than 60 hours (two and a half days) prior to arrival, CASA BABEL will not apply any charge to you. If the cancellation is made within a shorter period than indicated, CASA BABEL will proceed to charge 50% of the reservation amount. The use of the online booking system, whether made by email, through the forms on this website, or by telephone, will entail the necessary and unequivocal acceptance of these conditions. If Users require any information in this regard, they may contact reservas@casababel.com at any time.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

The data you provide will be incorporated into a file for the purpose of maintaining commercial relations with you (reservations, payments, requested services, commercial and promotional activity), for which CASA BABEL (Fernando Estévan Pavía) is responsible. If the data sent includes curriculum data for participation in a selection process, it will be processed by CASA BABEL for the aforementioned purpose. In this case, the data will be kept for a period of 12 months. If the company does not contact the candidates within this period, it will mean that the resumes will be destroyed.
