La Huerta Restaurant is located within the Hotel next to the patio Al Fresco, it opened its doors on June 1, 2007. We have been surprising our customers' palates since then. The manager's passion for hospitality made us specialize in the most representative culinary traits of the area, such as salads, rice, fish and desserts. La Huerta welcomes customers in genuine premises with a completely different concept. In this restaurant, our Chef invites his guests on a culinary journey through time, offering renowned dishes with a touch of the cuisine from our ancestors, served in an elegant and refined ambience. The restaurant also offers an excellent wine list to complete the creations of our chef. The dining rooms offers different capacities from 1 to 36 people. Both the brightness of noon and the warmth of the night create two unique atmospheres for your delight in the restaurant.

Specialties

"La Huerta" offers peculiar Mediterranean and European cuisines fusion. Our restaurant is specialized in cooking Valencian rice: ranging from a black fluffy rice with pigeon to foie marble. Our fish and shellfish are delivered daily ensuring freshness to our products. The pastry is made entirely in our kitchen, from Tatin with caramel to Calatrava Flan and homemade compotes.
